  • Guidance on compliance with the Family Procedure Rules 2010

  • Assistance with structuring written evidence (including Practice Direction 22A)

  • Guidance on preparation of court bundles (including Practice Direction 27A)

  • General legal information and discussion of relevant statute and case law

2. No Legal Representation or Reserved Activities

The services provided do not constitute legal representation.

Nothing on this website amounts to:

  • the conduct of litigation

  • the exercise of a right of audience

  • the provision of reserved legal activities under the Legal Services Act 2007

You remain fully responsible for:

  • your case

  • all filings

  • all communications with the court and other parties

3. Nature of the Service

All services are provided as:

  • guidance

  • assistance

  • educational and procedural support

No guarantee is given:

  • as to the outcome of any legal matter

  • that any document will be accepted by a court

  • that compliance will be achieved in every case

4. Bookings and Payment

By booking a service through this website:

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

A booking constitutes a binding agreement for the provision of the selected service.

5. Client Responsibilities

6. Time Estimates and Delivery

8. Cancellations and Refunds subject to the CRA 2015

You may cancel a booking with reasonable notice.

Refunds are:

  • not guaranteed

  • considered on a case-by-case basis

No refunds will be issued:

  • after a session has taken place

  • once work has commenced on document assistance

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • no liability is accepted for any loss arising from reliance on the services provided

  • no liability is accepted for court outcomes or procedural decisions

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

10. Confidentiality

All information shared will be treated as confidential.

However:

  • no formal legal privilege is created

  • you should exercise discretion when sharing sensitive information

11. Suitability of Service

This service is intended for:

  • individuals acting as litigants in person

It may not be suitable for:

  • complex cases requiring regulated legal representation
