This initial session is designed for litigants in person involved in family proceedings in England and Wales. We will review your situation, identify the key procedural steps required, and outline what is needed to comply with the Family Procedure Rules. You will leave with a clear understanding of your position and the next steps in your case. This service provides procedural and general legal assistance. It does not constitute legal representation or the provision of reserved legal activities under the Legal Services Act 2007.
